I’m Eliza Jane, founder of Eliza Jane Events. I plan and design elevated weddings with a focus on refined aesthetics, intentional details, and flawless logistics. I bring a blend of creativity, structure, and calm leadership to every celebration, making the planning process feel clear, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable for my couples.
Clients trust me because I think ahead, communicate with intention, and create events that are both beautifully designed and seamlessly executed. My work is rooted in high standards, thoughtful systems, and a genuine love for creating meaningful moments.
Alongside planning, I lead Eliza Jane Events Education, a hands-on program for new planners where I teach elevated client experience, design thinking, and real-world systems. I continue to expand new creative offerings within the wedding space, always with a focus on quality, kindness, and connection.
I’m a three-time marathon runner who loves Ireland, live music, and time on the water. My faith grounds me in gratitude and purpose, both in my work and beyond. I live in Rochester with my Golden Retriever, Noah, and I’m always building something new that brings people together in beautiful, intentional ways.

Taylor brings a wealth of wedding expertise to the Eliza Jane Events team, having spent years working as a venue coordinator before stepping into her role as Lead Planner. That experience gave her an inside look at every aspect of weddings—from vendor logistics to last-minute changes—and taught her the importance of keeping couples calm, confident, and stress-free throughout the process. She’s been behind the scenes for hundreds of events and knows exactly what it takes to make a celebration flow seamlessly.
Known for her steady presence and ability to adapt quickly, Taylor thrives under pressure and ensures no detail is overlooked. Whether she’s managing a complex timeline, troubleshooting unexpected challenges, or quietly orchestrating the day so you never even notice a hiccup, Taylor’s goal is to make your wedding experience effortless. She combines her eye for detail with a genuine love for people, ensuring that every couple feels fully supported from the planning process through the very last dance. With Taylor leading the way, you can trust that your day will be organized, polished, and full of joy.
Rachael is a seasoned planner with over five years of experience in the event and wedding industry and has proudly been part of Eliza Jane Events for the past three years. She brings a calm, confident presence to every celebration and believes the most rewarding part of her work is seeing couples fully at ease—smiling, laughing, and savoring each moment of their wedding day.
After graduating from Nazareth College, Rachael began her career at Midvale Country Club, where she helped execute countless private dinners, showers, and weddings. She then expanded her experience with LooLoo’s Events before joining the Eliza Jane Events team, where she now leads clients through the full planning process with care, organization, and creativity.
When she’s not planning weddings, Rachael enjoys spending time with friends, working out with her favorite gym crew, and discovering new coffee spots around Rochester. She values building genuine relationships with her clients and takes pride in bringing their vision to life with a personalized and stress-free approach.

With an education in Architecture and previous experience as a Bridal Consultant, Clarissa brings her passion for weddings and strong eye for designing spaces to the Eliza Jane Events team. Her extensive design training has provided her with the skills to create professional and polished visuals to help every client bring their vision to life.
Clarissa always strives to deliver high-quality event designs that are personalized, cohesive, and creative. She puts a strong emphasis on details and color palettes, ensuring every aspect of an event is tailored to the client’s unique style.
It brings Clarissa so much joy to help clients envision their big day with her design work. She strongly believes in developing thoughtful visuals for each and every client, and highly values the artistry and beauty of event design.
