Serving NY & NC, Eliza, Owner & Lead Planner for Eliza Jane Events has an extensive career in planning events of many varieties. Starting in fundraising events, moving to concert operations, to finally finding her love in wedding planning lead to what is now a luxury event planning company!
From ceremony chair spacers to an industrial steamer the focus has been no detail left untouched from the start. Eliza is the calm when stress arises and always knows how to orchestrate excellence at each wedding she carefully designs.
When not planning luxury events, Eliza loves spending time with family and friends. Eliza's faith is primary in her life. Long runs are her stress relief and music, relaxing, and her golden retriever puppy, Noah, bring her joy.

REBECCA WOWK - LEAD PLANNER & EVENT DESIGNER
Rebecca is excited to be a part of the Eliza Jane Events team and your special day! Having experience in the event industry for the past 4 years in various roles such as catering, event design, event production, client relations, and bridal attending, Rebecca is prepared to help you create a wedding day as unique and intricate as your love.
After graduating from SUNY Geneseo, Rebecca's passion for events began to grow and weddings quickly became the fuel behind her fire. The feeling of joy, love, and support that is shared on a wedding day is truly unlike any other. Creating that atmosphere from the start is always the goal!
Whether it is making sure your train and veil are lying correctly as you walk down the aisle, your chairs are spaced evenly, your sweetheart table is centered on the wall for photos, or that your important documents are stored in a safe location, you may rest assured no element of the day will be left untouched.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, crafting, and DIY projects. She also loves a good rom-com and decorating for the holidays. Most importantly she appreciates spending time with her family and friends.

OUR ON-SITE COORDINATOR TEAM
Amelia is a lover of all things weddings, detail, planning, and design.
This is Amelia's second season with Eliza Jane Events and she has loved every moment of on-site coordinating with Eliza and her team.
Whether it's spacing chairs, setting up the dessert table, or making sure the groomsmen have their boutonnieres on Amelia is ready to assist with all your wedding day needs large or small. An eye for detail and a love for design has always been a passion of hers. Making sure everything is well thought out and executed with excellence is her goal for your big day.
When not coordinating or designing weddings Amelia enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving at church, and trying new cafes in Rochester.
Nina is a proud graduate of Niagara University, where she earned both her undergraduate and master's degrees. For the past six years, she has poured her heart into teaching elementary school students, but a recent spark of passion for wedding coordination and design, after planning her own wedding, has her eager for a new adventure here at Eliza Jane events!
She can't wait to dive into the world of weddings, working closely with couples to understand their unique styles and personalities, and bringing their dream celebration to life.
When not teaching or working Nina loves to travel with her husband, try our new local restaurants and coffee shops with friends and family, and be outside in the sunshine!
Rose is so excited to be working at Eliza Jane Events with Eliza and her team! When it comes to planning, Rose loves every part of it. Whether it’s the organization aspect before, the problem solving during, or finally seeing everything come together after. Nothing makes Rose happier than to see people with a smile on their faces, and being able to create a memory that lasts a life time. One of Rose’s favorite things is life is communication; which is a huge part of event planning! Rose adores getting to know people and learning about their story so she can assist with the wedding of their dreams.
Outside of the wedding season, Rose enjoys to horseback ride, do photography, play cello, read, and serving on her school’s student government board. She is currently at RIT studying astrophysics to achieve her dream of working at NASA. Rose hopes to always be a part of the event planning industry, as it is one of her biggest passions!
Rachael is well versed in the event and wedding industry with 5+ years of having a hand in various parts of carrying out a couple's special day. The most rewarding feeling is seeing a couple relaxed, smiling ear to ear, and laughing throughout their entire wedding day.
Upon graduating from Nazareth College, Rachael continued working at Midvale Country Club working showers, private dinners, and weddings. LooLoo’s Events as an assistant day-of coordinator. Fast forward to 2023, Rachael now works with Eliza Jane Events as an onsite coordinator.
In addition to planning weddings, Rachael spends her free time with friends, working out with gal pals, and finding new coffee shops to try in Rochester. Rachael finds value in creating personable relationships with every client and cannot wait to see your big day unfold together!
Stephanie is a proud graduate of Ithaca College, where she earned her Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Pre-Law and Marketing.
For the past four years, she has dedicated her time to Biotech/Pharmaceutical Recruiting, but has always had a passion for weddings and organizing events. With her 12 years experience working in the service industry as a bartender and waitress, she is excited to use her skills with Eliza Jane events!
When not working, Stephanie loves to travel, spend time with her dog and cat or be on the water coaching Women's rowing at Nazareth College.
Michele Wing has been passionate about events since childhood, from creating dance recitals to managing restaurants and planning diverse events.
With 20 years in the service industry, she has worked as a manager, bartender, and server while earning a degree in Education and coaching cheerleading.
Michele dreams of a career that blends joy and creativity.
In her free time, she coaches cheerleading for a local all-star program and volunteers with an animal rescue. A self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys craft cocktails and beer.
Michele is excited to join Eliza's team and help make your event dreams come true with a little extra sparkle!
Alyssa’s love for creativity and design comes from her background in Fine Art and Photography. With her transition into wedding coordination, she’s excited to use her creative skills and attention to detail to make each couple’s day special.
Alyssa wants couples to feel supported and stress-free on their wedding day. She will ensure everything proceeds on schedule while handling any last-minute surprises. Her goal is to create a smooth and enjoyable experience so couples can focus on celebrating!
When she’s not coordinating weddings, you’ll likely find Alyssa working on cozy design projects for her house, listening to music, or curled up with a good book and her cat. She can’t wait to be a part of your big day!

Starting previously with a beautiful planning, photography, and design company we've created beautifully elegant weddings for all our couples. Now focused solely on our love for planning and all things details, Eliza strives to have no two weddings alike.
Beyond the weddings, I've been in your shoes. A once stressed out bride who was able to throughly enjoy my wedding day with an incredible planning team behind me.
I truly care about the details others overlook. I've attended weddings with wrinkly linens, chipped plates, and crooked chairs that made me cringe. When we work together you can trust that my detail-oriented team will give you the wedding of your dreams.
