FULL SERVICE

The Full Service option at EJE is fully customized to each couple, their needs, budget, and desired wedding design. This option provides clients with complete guidance, assistance, and expertise throughout the entire planning process.
Step 1
Initial Consultation
Our team meets with you over a virtual call to discuss your vision, budget, and any specific questions that you may have for us!
Step 2
Budget Management
Your EJE planner will create and manage a budget for your wedding, ensuring that all expenses stay within your specified price range.

Step 3
Venue Research, Visit, and Booking
We will help you research venues in your preferred location, and recommend ones that fit your wedding theme and budget. With Full-Service clients, your planner will also attend your venue tour and will assist with booking your chosen venue.

Step 4
Event Design
After we receive detailed information about your design preferences, our team creates a cohesive wedding design plan tailored specifically to your aesthetic.

Step 5
Vendor Selection and Coordination
With our industry knowledge, we will help you select ideal vendors—including caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians—and coordinate communication and logistics with each of them.
Step 6
Schedule Meetings
As a Full-Service client, you will be able to schedule meetings and phone calls throughout the entire planning process.

Step 7
Logistics Planning
Your EJE planner will help to coordinate transportation, parking, and accommodations for your wedding party and guests, as well as organizing any other logistics relevant to your wedding day.
Step 8
Timeline Creation
Closer to your wedding day, our team creates a detailed timeline for the day-of, including providing a schedule for you, your wedding party, and your vendors.
Step 9
Rehearsal Coordination
Your EJE planner will also help assist with planning and coordinating your rehearsal for the wedding.
Step 10
Day-of Coordination
For Full-Service clients, our team will provide complete on-site coordination for your event, including overseeing the vendor setup and coordination, assisting with decor and design, and acting as the lead contact for everybody on site so that you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding day.
Step 11
Post-Wedding Follow-Up
Our team will follow-up with you and your vendors after the wedding to ensure that everything is finalized so you can begin your marriage stress-free!
PARTIAL

The Partial Planning option is for the client that feels comfortable taking a portion of the planning responsibilities, but would still like some helpful guidance from a wedding industry expert along the way.
Step 1
Initial Consultation
Our team meets with you over a virtual call to discuss your vision, budget, and any specific questions that you may have for us!
Step 2
Venue Visit and Contracts Review
Your EJE planner will reach out to you to gain access to any existing or future contracts with vendors for review and timeline planning. If you choose to book a venue visit, reach out to your planner to coordinate a time where they can attend the tour with you!
Step 3
Event Design
After we receive detailed information about your design preferences, our team creates a cohesive wedding design plan tailored specifically to your aesthetic.
Step 4
Logistics Planning
Your planner will send you a workbook that will help us understand the event logistics, develop a set-up plan, and coordinate your vendors.
Step 5
Check-In Meetings
Schedule a check-in with your EJE planner 3 months prior to your wedding day, and your final details meeting with your planner 1 month prior to your wedding day. Additionally, as a Partial-Planning client you will receive 3 pre-wedding meetings to use at your discretion.
Step 6
Timeline Creation
Closer to your wedding day, our team creates a detailed timeline for the day-of, including providing a schedule for you, your wedding party, and your vendors.
Step 7

We recommend starting the planning process as soon as possible. Most clients begin planning with us 12-18 months prior to their wedding, with others planning within shorter or longer timeframes.
Our clients typically invest a minimum of $75,000 for their overall wedding budget. Please inquire for the pricing details of our planning packages.
