TIMELINE GUIDE

Welcome! Here are some tips on how to create your ideal timeline. This guide will walk you through some common options for wedding day timelines. Please note that all options presented can, and likely will be, customized to your day.

Creating a wedding day timeline is fundamental to help incorporate all of the important elements you wish to include in your day. Some clients like to incorporate all of the traditions such as a grand entrance, first dance, bouquet toss, parent dances, cake cutting, speeches, etc. Others may favor something more intimate and relaxed preferring to join guests as they enter into the reception from cocktail hour.

Our recommendation is to create two timelines. One should be your timeline for bridal party and family. for the other, duplicate the original timeline and add in your vendor arrivals (hair, makeup, photographer, florist, DJ/band, etc.)

Please always remember that you can do whatever you’d like for your wedding day. It is a reflection of your love story, as it has been and what it will become!
