  • Providing on-site coordination services on the day of the wedding, overseeing all vendors and ensuring that everything runs according to plan.

PARTIAL PLANNING

  • Access to 12-Month Wedding Checklist

  • Venue walkthrough to discuss layout, floorplan, and flow of ceremony and reception.

  • Style Guide - Includes an initial questionnaire to gather decor details and provide a detailed style guide.

  • Three pre-wedding consultations can be used to ask vendor questions or general planning guidance.

  • In addition to the 3 pre-wedding consultations, Eliza will have a 3-month and a 1-month check-in.

  • Contract review assistance

  • Timeline planning - We will help you develop a plan for vendor arrivals, photography, reception lineup, and ceremony. In addition, you will receive a timeline document to organize the day.​

  • Two Event Coordinators are on-site for your wedding day.

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination and walk-through with the venue to confirm final details.

  • Partial Wedding Day Management Including:

    • Lead contact for all vendors, venue, and pre-wedding set-up

    • Queue wedding attendants and vendors for the ceremony

    • The basic setup of completed centerpieces, sweetheart table, ceremony decor, and signage.​

    • Reception coordination is based on your final timeline and details.

    • Distribution of any final payments or tips to vendors, venue, and staff

    • Teardown of wedding decor items, not to exceed 2 hours. Additional hours $125/hr. per staff member

Full Service is fully customized to each couple, their needs, and their wedding design. I founded Eliza Jane Events on the core commitment that I will have no two weddings alike. During our initial consultation, I will walk through my process for our checklist, budget sheet, and custom wedding design.
