  • Services start 2 months prior to your wedding date.

  • Up to 2-scheduled in-person or virtual meetings prior to wedding week.

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination and walk-through with venue to confirm final details.

  • Up to 12 hours of Wedding Day Management Including:

    • Lead contact for all vendors, venue and pre-wedding set-up

    • Queue wedding attendants and vendors for the ceremony

    • Basic setup of completed centerpieces, sweetheart table, ceremony decor, and signage.​

    • Reception coordination based on your final timeline and details.

    • Distribution of any final payments or tips to vendors, venue, and staff

PARTIAL PLANNING

$4,500
  • Two Event Coordinators are on-site for your wedding day.

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination and walk-through with the venue to confirm final details.

  • Wedding Day Management Including:

    • Lead contact for all vendors, venue, and pre-wedding set-up

    • Queue wedding attendants and vendors for the ceremony

    • The basic setup of completed centerpieces, sweetheart table, ceremony decor, and signage.​

    • Reception coordination is based on your final timeline and details.

    • Distribution of any final payments or tips to vendors, venue, and staff

    • Teardown of wedding decor items, not to exceed 2 hours. Additional hours $125/hr. per staff member

  • Venue walkthrough to discuss layout, floorplan, and flow of ceremony and reception.

  • Three pre-wedding consultations can be used to ask vendor questions or general planning guidance.

  • In addition to the 3 pre-wedding consultations, Eliza will have a 3-month and a 1-month check-in.

  • Timeline planning - A well-organized timeline can make your wedding day seamless. We will develop a plan for vendor arrivals, photography, reception lineup, and ceremony. In addition, you will receive a timeline document to organize the day.​

  • Style Guide - Includes an initial questionnaire to gather decor details and provide a detailed style guide.
